Register name:
Pramia Oy online store customer register.
Purpose of personal data processing:
Personal data is processed to maintain and care for the customer relationships of our online store customers, such as the contacts and direct marketing required by the customer relationship. The customer has the right to prohibit the use of information about himself for direct marketing.
Data content of the register:
The following information is stored in the register: Customer’s first and last name, customer number, address information, telephone number, gender, e-mail, www address,
language, information about marketing permits and prohibitions, as well as information about the customer’s purchase events, deliveries and discounts, as well as possible usernames and passwords.
Regular sources of information:
From the customer himself for online store orders, via return and other forms, by phone, email or in another similar way.
Regular transfers of information:
The information is only used to manage customer relations and is not regularly passed on to an external party. However, information can be handed over in connection with actions related to the technical management of the online store (e.g. server or online store platform management), to deliver orders, to collect unpaid invoices, and to the authorities when required and permitted by law.

Data storage and disposal
The information in the customer register is kept for the duration of the customer relationship. However, order, invoicing and payment information is stored like other accounting material. Data that has become unnecessary will be securely disposed of.
Use of cookies
We can use cookies (so-called cookies), which are used to monitor visitor traffic and improve the quality of the service, and which are stored on the user’s computer. The validity period of cookies is limited and they do not harm the user’s computer.
Principles of registry protection
The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is properly protected from outsiders by firewalls and other technical means of protection. The register will only be kept in electronic form and random paper printouts will be destroyed immediately and properly. The register is used only by persons whose job description includes its use and who are bound by the obligation of secrecy. Each user of the registry has a personal username and password.
Right of inspection
According to the Personal Data Act, everyone has the right to check what information about them has been stored in the personal register. A request for an inspection must be submitted in a hand-signed or similarly certified document or presented in person at our office. Requests should be sent to the contact person mentioned above, who will also respond to any requests for additional information.
Updating information
The customer can update his name and address information in his online store profile. In addition, the customer can contact our above-mentioned contact person to update their information. Other rights related to the processing of personal data The customer has the right to prohibit the processing of his data for marketing purposes. The request regarding the restriction of data processing should be submitted by e-mail to the registry’s contact person.
